THE NATIONAL RENTAL AFFORDABILITY SCHEME
The National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) is part of Australia's solution to the issue of housing affordability. The Scheme offers tax-free incentives to investors for approved dwellings offered for rent at a discount of at least 20% to market rent. Evolution Housing Group manages a portfolio of NRAS dwellings in the Perth and Peel regions of Western Australia.
